Detailed Floral… for weddings

I have been focussing on these gorgeous dies over the past week. They are just so lovely and classy. They are specifically designed with special occasions like Weddings or Engagements in mind, but really the sky is the limit isn’t it.

I just love the water colour floral element used in my card in last post, it’s so delicate. The inspiration for that card and for today’s wedding card came from Stampin’ Up! latest catalogue – 2016-17 Annual Catalogue. It’s from the Everyday Occasions section on pages 76 and 77.

This stamp and die set comes with a series of coordinated products to help make your projects look amazing with minimal effort. Here I have made a Wedding card, using a gate fold. It’s so simple but elegant in white and touches of gold.

The inside has a little gold flower detail. I created this by punching out a flower from gold foil using one of the dies and placing the gold petals around the one of the gold circles from the metallic enamel shapes pack.

Finished off with a strip of gold foil at the top and bottom of my stamped section and some of that yummy Natural Trim with the gold stripe.

The Everyday Occasions section of the catalogue was featured over at CASEing The Catty this month, so I am entering this card in their monthly challenge.

I had this in mind when I designed this one for my Occasions Masterclass I hosted last weekend. All the class attendees loved it. Hope you enjoy the inspiration too.

Until next time… Stamp Creatively,
Rose.
