Urban District Sneak Peak – 2017 Ocassions Catalogue

Here I am, back with another Sneak Peak from the upcoming 2017 Ocassions Catalogue. This is another display sample I created using the Urban District stamp set. I just loved this set as soon as I saw it.

Rose Packer, Creative Roses, Stampin' Up! Urban District

Those huge letters are just amazing. In the set you get a D and an A, as the set it all about Dads. Also new is this awsesome looking Hexagon Dynamic embossing folder. It is seriously stunning. The impressions are really deep and crisp and looks A-Ma-Zing on the Silver Foil sheets.

The stamp set is great for Fathers Day cards, general guy birthday cards and it’s also great for memory keepers – either traditional scrapbook style or Project Lifers – this set has some awesome sayings for both.

This project is topped off with the equally amazing  Urban Underground embellishments. There are three different designs in the set, here I have used the star. They are made of metal and you really feel the weight of them when you unpack them. But they are held fast by super-strong glue dots already attached to the back. Making them super easy to use.

We have so much to look forward to with this upcoming catalogue, I can’t wait to show you some more over the next few weeks.

Until next time… Stamp Creatively,
Rose.

(A Full list of supplies will be updated in January 2017).

    • Hi Karen, to get the yellow backing, I stamped and fussy cut the letters. Then I simply adhered them to the Delightful Dijon card stock and fussy cut those, leaving behind a thin border. I think the reflect silver foil, gives the whole project a metallic look. Thanks for asking!

  1. Thanks for your response!! This is the best card I’ve seen with the Urban District stamps!!!
I also saw on Pinterest where you did a tool box, but I can’t find it on your website. Not only do I need Father’s Day cards for 4 guys, I also need BD cards for my husband & son-in-law. All in June!
